  • A registration confirmation will be sent to your email once your registration fee payment has been completed.
  • After submitting your online registration, you may check your payment status and download your receipt through ‘My Page’ .
  • Please note that personal information can only be modified in the ‘Personal Information’ section until May 4, 2026.
  • If you need to make any changes to your registration details after this date, please contact the Secretariat via email.

  • To request an invitation letter for visa or other official purposes, please email the Secretariat. Invitation letters will only be issued to participants who have completed payment.
  • Students must provide a valid certificate of enrollment to verify their status. Please upload this document via the registration page.

Payment Methods

  • Full payment must be completed by the specified deadlines. A confirmation email will be sent once the payment has been successfully processed.

Credit Card

  • Credit card payment is only available through the online registration system.
  • All service charges of credit cards are to be borne by the registrants.

Bank Transfer

  • All bank and remittance charges must be borne by the registrant.
  • The sender’s name must match the registrant’s name. If the payment is made by a third party (e.g., your institution), the registrant’s full name must be clearly indicated in the transfer details or on the remittance slip.
  • A copy of the remittance slip must be emailed to the Secretariat at ihmc2026@pcojeong.com immediately after the transfer. This step is essential for payment verification and administrative processing.
  • ⚠ Payments that are not accompanied by a remittance slip and do not clearly identify the registrant cannot be processed and may result in delays in confirming your registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Confirmation

  • All deadlines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST).
  • Any cancellation of registration should be submitted in writing to the Secretariat via email.
  • Please refer to the above cut-off dates to determine refund eligibility.
  • All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the congress.
  • Bank service charges and administrative fees will be deducted from all registration refunds.
